The model focuses on the rural BPO being a supplier of quality services at competitive prices to Corporates and the Government. Thus eGramIT makes a positive contribution to creation of employment in the IT/ ITES sector for the young, educated population of rural India.

Cheaper connectivity translates into higher telecom penetration and the inclusion of people who would otherwise remain marginalized. This in turn builds a business case based on abundant availability of educated and employable rural youth leading towards low cost delivery which in turn translates into cost benefit to the end customer.

eGramIT has progressed from one center with 50 people to four permanent centers and more than 11 satellite centers with 700 + employees’ in proving the concept of world class service delivery.
