Frank DeWolf

Frank is Director of the “ERP Center of Excellence” at Penn State Erie where he leads the ERP research and education initiatives. He is also a Senior Lecturer in Supply Chain Management and is the founding director of the RFID Center of Excellence.
Prior to joining Penn State, Frank spent 20 years at GE in various management positions including IT Manager, Supply Chain E-Business Leader, Inventory Control Manager, Manager of Flow Manufacturing, Manager of Manufacturing and Sourcing Systems, ERP Implementation Program Manager, Six Sigma process improvement manager, and he also participated on strategic teams that initiated and developed both the six sigma and E-Business strategies for GE as a corporation. Additional professional experience includes the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Center for eBusiness and Advanced Information Technology, participation as a board member at numerous organizations, and extensive consulting engagements.

Ketan Lakdawala

Ketan Lakdawala has held various management positions and been a consultant in the finance, retail, manufacturing, supply chain, and life sciences fields for over 20 years.

As VP, Delivery Services at Medidata Solutions, Ketan is responsible for managing and leading a global delivery services team. Ketan joined Medidata in 2004, as a Senior Director Implementation services, focused on growing company’s services practice. At Medidata Ketan has managed several successful global projects, streamlined outsourcing and offshore operations, developed an effective global services organization, while delivering solid financial performance.

Prior to joining Medidata, Ketan was a practice leader at Intentia Americas and JGI, implementing ERP, supply chain, eBusiness, and financial applications. Before launching his IT consulting career, Ketan was a controller at Hagemeyer NA and held various key positions in the field of finance for over 7 years. Ketan has over 20 years of diversified EDC/eCDM, ERP consulting and financial background.
